Standard first aid and CPR level C Recert, you will learn over one day, first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for those who need training due to work requirements or who want more knowledge to respond to emergencies at home. You are expected to know the theory and practise your skills with minimal help.
